Follow these steps to pay NORTEC fees using Airtel Mobile, MTN Mobile, or a ZANACO Agent.

Before You Pay

Download the correct fee schedule and confirm the amount before making payment. Use your Student ID / computer number as the payment reference. Example: 2601000515.

✓ Enter only the amount shown on the official fee schedule.

✓ Keep your Mobile Money confirmation SMS or ZANACO Agent receipt.

✓ If you are unsure, contact Accounts before paying.

ZANACO Agent Payment Procedure

Visit the nearest ZANACO Agent

Tell the agent you want to pay NORTEC fees.

Request Bill Muster payment

Ask to pay through Bill Muster.

Use your computer number

Provide your Student ID / computer number as the payment reference.

Keep proof of payment

Keep the receipt or confirmation message for your records and submit to Accounts if requested.

After Paying

Use this checklist to avoid payment allocation delays.

  • Keep your confirmation SMS or printed receipt.
  • Confirm the Student ID / computer number on the receipt is correct.
  • Submit proof of payment to Accounts if requested.
  • Contact Accounts if the payment does not reflect.
  • Keep a copy until registration is complete.
  • Do not repeat payment unless advised by Accounts.
